Employees in this store have a REAL ISSUE with customer service. Despite their negative attitudes towards tourists, they acted aggressively with my kids shouting at them and cursing without letting me know what is the problem. The old lady is bullying this store’s customer and has no training on how to deal with the store visitors. I think the management should act seriously to stop losing customers because of such unprofessional behaviors.
