I did not receive any notification that the club would be closed on January 1st and would only resume operations on January 2nd. There were no emails and messages. As a result, I came to the gym expecting normal working hours and wasted time. For a paid membership, basic communication about schedule changes is the bare minimum. Holidays are predictable, and informing clients in advance is a standard responsibility of the club, not the customer. This situation shows poor communication and lack of respect for clients’ time. Even a simple message would have prevented the issue entirely. I hope management reviews their communication processes, because this is not an acceptable level of service for a professional gym.

We waited 20 minutes for a waiter to bring us a menu. After that, we waited another 30 minutes, calling the waiter multiple times, but still didn't receive anything. The restaurant wasn't busy.
