Traveling while having pre-defense thesis, and this place saved my week actually. I think one of the best place in Kazan! Quiet, clean, wide enough and there are lots of plug that you can use for charging your devices. I don’t know general rules for registration or taking books, but for me nobody asked registration for entrance. Until 21:00 it opens.

One of the best place that i have ever visited in Kazan! I randomly check the place by map and visited. But as i realized that they work by reservation. All staff were as generous as keep smiling even any unconditional situation. As well, main table is available that time, they host me there. Thanks guys! 5/5
