The food is alright, but the service is absolutely atrocious!.. There were 2 waiters, serving 3 tables - the food came cold and in the wrong order. Each request was followed by a 10+ minute wait without any apparent reason.

The property is beautiful - 5 stars... But the service is 3 stars, at best. The room we stayed at was ok - it was large and clean, but quite dated and the sound isolation has a lot of room for improvement. The partying outside can be heard until about 2-3am and even with the radiator off, the unit is so warm that an open window is the only way to sleep comfortably - making the noise from the outside much more evident. The mattresses are cheap and leave you tired. There were no blackout curtains in our room! The hotel toiletries are as cheap as they can get... The room service has an upcharge beyond the standard restaurant prices, which was a surprise, considering we've stayed at a few hotels of this type and have never encountered this practice.

Tremendous place! The staff is very attentive, the kitchen is done in an immersive-concept style and the food is simply on another level! Highly recommended!
