I worked with Levon for four years. Buying property, renting property, submitting and getting documents. Had no issues. Levon guided me step by step, said in advance what he can and can’t do, did not ask for extra money. I think he is a honest guy, he mentioned couple of times that the worst part of his work is when someone ask him to do something illegal and gets annoyed when he refuses. The only bad thing I could say is that he doesn’t have a fixed price list for his services, presumably so he can negotiate with different clients to pay more if he thinks they can pay more. But the price is set before he starts to work and is not changed later. Haggle and take a look for prices in other places first to get an idea what is a typical price. Overall he is competent and comfortable to work with. Recommend.

This is a nice clinic. I did a lot root canal treatments in the past and I know when one is done properly. When I had strong pain doctor opened clinic on Sunday even though it was a holiday. Aa a flip side, I didn’t like surgeon here. Got dental abscess, very serious condition, received only minimum treatment, had to fly to my doctor in Yerevan.

Отличный водопад, один из самых крупных в окрестностях Батуми. Внизу хорошо обустроенная и большая площадка где довольно удобно несмотря на большое количество посетителей. Наверху есть зиплайн и смотровая площадка куда можно доехать по красивой горной дороге на джипах. Рядом есть хороший платный туалет. Из минусов - парковка. Она тут платная но все равно переполненная и собирающая пробки на узенькой подъездной дорожке.

Великолепнейшее кафе! Все было просто божественно вкусно и очень натурально. Несмотря на немалые порции мы дважды дозаказывали еду, просто не могли остановиться. Прекрасный, доброжелательный персонал. Симпатичный интерьер. Нормальные цены. Разве что само кафе небольшое - в час пик может не оказаться мест :).

С армянской стороны - отличный погранпереход, никаких нареканий. Из особенностей - надо показывать бумажку об оплате армянского экологического сбора при проезде не на армянских номерах (вы ее получили оплатив сбор при въезде), найдите ее заранее. К сожалению с грузинской стороны погранпост имеет отвратительную пропускную способность - буквально 4 легковых машины в час. Если Вы видите очередь больше 5 машин при подъезде к КПП то быстрее будет развернуться и поехать к другому посту.
