It is my third time in this hotel - only because the staff is super friendly. Beds are not made - bedding looks used (I had a twin room - one bed was made, the other not) or has stains. Twice, other guest came into my room because they gave out the keycard twice. Once while I was in the shower - the other time while I was away... the other guest used the bathroom, looked at my luggage (number keys were tried) and may have used the bed (it looked like that). I felt so violated. No compensation was offered!

Amazing place: I was let down by another hairdresser. They fit me into their schedule and were VERY patient with my wishes, which were hard to explain, as I do not speak Russian. Such an amazing team. The haircut itself was incredible, too (and I have seen the result of the lady before me and it was amazing as well). Thanks so much - you made my day!

I booked a haircut for me (female) and when I came to the salon, the lady told me, that she can only cut man. Never heard of such non-sense. Wasted my time!
