I had a very bad experience with the receptionists at the hotel in the very early morning, they were not cooperative at all. Although I paid all the cash on me that already covered the early checkin costs, they didn’t allow me to the room at 06:00 in the morning and they requested that I pay for the other coming 2 days, they didn’t allow me to rest a few hours till noon so I can change money and pay. I don’t recommend that hotel at all. I decided not to stay and went in the streets of Petersburg at dawn time looking for another hotel. I found one very good hotel in the centre that unconditionally welcomed an exhausted man with his little son.

Very good location near to the train stations and easy access to the metro, I had received a surprise upgrade of the room and stay. All was perfect thank you very much Hilton ☺️
