I have been working in Hotel & Tourism industry since 2005, First time in my life I had such bad experience at reception that where receptionist will refused , to let me meet my guests for whom I had booked the rooms for more than a week, their number was not working so I told to guy at reception that can you call to my guests that I reached to hotel to see them. He said he can't pass the information ,he can't call to guests, it's not allowed and even he didn't try to listen me what I am trying to say, moreover when at 1st day my guests came to hotel, they had suite room but Air conditioner was not working at all for 1st 2 days, and on rest of days also room was very heated, and hotel staff said they are still under construction as its not fully opened yet. Why the hell you opened your hotel if you are not fully prepared. Me and my guests totally upset with this so called 5 star hotel.

Whoever will visit Kitchen Garden food hall in Botanica shopping centre, please try Shwrma with Veg balls and Chicken Shwrma , yummy 😋 yummy, Best in Moscow. Really. Team Shwrma also very polite and explain you what to pick the best ones. Moreover loved Cheese Fingers with Spicy sauce..Wow..thanks a lot guys 😀 for feeding tasty food. Wish you great sale.

Randomly been to this awesome place, great fungi pizza , margarita pizza, sandvich & tomato soup. Great portion & cozy environment. Thanks a lot for the yummy food.

Недавно посетил недавно открывшийся фуд-корт на 3-м этаже Kitchen Garden в торговом центре Botanic, здесь обедали в Indian Kitchen Rasoi Tochka, повара и команда настоящие индийцы, а еда самая лучшая. Обслуживание отличное, настоятельно рекомендую всем, если вы посетите это место, индийскую еду обязательно стоит попробовать, а зона отдыха в этом фуд-корте первоклассная и заслуживает аплодисментов, желаю им большого успеха.
