They wanted extra money because I arrived at the hotel earlier than expected. Even though I explained that I was staying at this hotel for three days, that I was here for business, and that the travel agency that booked my stay would definitely pay me this amount within the day. If they delayed taking payment, I'd already been here for three days and would definitely pay. They didn't let me into the room but made me wait in the lobby. I arrived at the hotel at 6 a.m. and they told me to wait here until 2 p.m. How is that even possible? I'm already staying at this hotel, and the payment needs to arrive right now, the gentleman at the front desk said. Does he even know that sending money to Russia isn't possible right away? If you're coming to this hotel, you should know that you can't ask the staff for help. Perhaps I'm treated this way because I'm not Russian, but it's clear they're not helpful. Even if there is no way this situation could be explained, there is a nice way to say it, but their attitude and way of speaking are not nice at all. I will never come to this hotel again and I will post this review on every platform I can access so everyone can see it.
