Great infrastructure! But the immigration guy stood me up for almost an hour checking the authenticity of my passport something I found very annoying. It took the order of their superior for them to let me through. I am never going to Kazakhstan again! Not in this life or the next!

Good catalogue of products ✅ Perishable goods are always fresh ✅ Great customer service ✅ Multi and functioning self-checkout system ✅ Only problem is they are not flexible with their closing time (11 PM). If you’re there 10:58, they’ll tell you they’re done for the day 😂
