I went in mainly for aesthetic concerns (small gaps between my front teeth), but the visit focused only on cleaning. The cleaning itself was quite uncomfortable — the procedure felt rough, and my gag reflex wasn’t taken into consideration. Even with anesthesia, I experienced significant pain. I was also advised to consider additional treatments (like plasma), which didn’t seem directly related to my concern about gaps. While the cleaning may have been necessary, the overall experience and communication did not meet my expectations, especially for the price.
