Я был здесь несколько дней назад. Заказал пиво, и мне принесли его тёплым — полностью тёплым. Очевидно, это были какие-то остатки уже налитого пива, которое простояло несколько часов. Отвратительно! Как такое вообще возможно? Они что, думают, что клиенты — свиньи и будут пить всё, что им принесут? Про само обслуживание я уже вообще молчу... Больше никогда!

Я был здесь утром в четверг, 14 мая. Мне нужно было всего лишь распечатать несколько страниц Word. Девушка общалась со мной невероятно грубо — это был действительно невообразимый уровень хамства. Я совершенно не понимаю, как можно оставлять работать с клиентами человека с таким отношением. Уровень невоспитанности просто обескураживает. Я ушёл оттуда как можно быстрее. Больше я в этот копицентр не вернусь.

The place is very nice, and it is one of the very few pubs in Moscow where you can feel a bit of a pub atmosphere, fun, people getting drunk, dancing even, live music - while the other 90% of Moscow "pubs" are just boring restaurants with a kind of "pub interior". I also appreciate that there are 2 lagers at a decent price on the menu, both drinkable - that is a miracle since many other Moscow "pub" have now only expensive and usually disgusting beers. The service was ok as well, I was served a warm beer, the waitress changed it and gave me a cold one. So, since all of this is very rare in Moscow "pubs", 5 stars deserved here.

Nice place, great atmosphere, and very good music from the speakers! Very very rare in Moscow bars!! The beer is reasonably priced—not amazing, but well, you can’t have it all.

Я был в субботу: место очень красивое, с приятной атмосферой, все танцуют — идеально, когда хорошая погода. Но у меня один вопрос: вы правда платите девушке, которая там делает вид, что она диджей, и мучает людям уши ужасной музыкой, врубленной на полную громкость? Ужасные ремиксы самых попсовых старых песен — настоящая пытка! Жаль, потому что само место действительно могло бы быть отличным.

I tried couple of drinkable beers from the menu at decent price, a kind of a miracle for Moscow "pubs", on top of that, the playlist from the speakers was good! Second miracle:)

Terrible place.. I went last Saturday to see my Irish friend playing with his band there, ordered a beer and sat on a free small table, haven't noticed that table was "reserved", a waiter came and in a very un-polite/angry way made me noticing it. Tried to drink the first beer: no success - horrible taste. Ordered a second: same thing, then a third... Left all of them: all undrinkable. And they sell those disgusting beers for about 800 rubles, under a foreign label - who knows if that is true.. A friend i was waiting came, ordered a beer too and sat at that table with me. After a while, 3 girls entered the pub, the waiter immediately invited them to seat on our table and "invited" us, again in a very un-polite way, to leave, he looked even happy about it. The funny side is we later made friends with those girls and it turned out they where visiting Moscow, coming from another city, they where walking around in Arbat and by chance found that pub and entered - so, that table was NOT booked. The girls left after about 2 hours and nobody else occupied that table. Later on, in the end, I've found some drinkable beers: bottle ones. I stayed there until about 4 with my friend, drinking - but the thing is: if I wanna drink bottles I'll buy them at the supermarket, when I go to a pub I want a nice tasty tap beer and possible drink it in peace without being treated badly. CONCLUSION: NEVER AGAIN! Probably one of the WORST ""pub"" in Moscow - Disgusting Beers + Horrible Service

A very rude guy at the entrance welcomed us in a very unpolite way, and we already wanted to leave, even before entering... But we did entered, and immediately the second disappointment: the beers, all very expensive... I dont think they got what the word "pub" means.

Я был там на прошлой неделе и заказал блюдо из курицы. Когда девушка принесла его, то принесла не то, что я заказал. Я, конечно, сказал ей, что не хочу это, а хочу то, что заказал! Она пыталась оправдаться, даже сказав, что то, что она принесла, «вкуснее»! Это что, шутка?! В итоге я был вынужден съесть блюдо, которое не заказывал!!! Такого со мной еще ни разу в жизни не было! Невероятно! Она сказала, что может предложить мне кофе, чай или мороженое!!! Но я хотел курицу, а не кофе или мороженое!!! Невероятно, такое ужасное обслуживание в центре Москвы, на Арбате!!!

Из меню я выбрал пиво, которое стоило дороже всего, около 600, «Шпатен». Конечно, это был не «Шпатен», но это не было самой большой проблемой... Проблема была в том, что пиво было отвратительным, его невозможно было пить, да я его и не делал. Потом я заказал лимончелло, и оно тоже не было похоже на лимончелло, к тому же оно было слегка газированным, а лимончелло не газированное. К счастью, я не заказал никакой еды!
