I went the first time to this place and I loved the coffee. I decided to go the second time today, Wednesday the 17th at 14:15, to try the chai masala because they didn’t have it last time, but unfortunately I was welcomed by a very rude employee. I am new here and learning Russian, so I am still a beginner. I pointed with my finger saying 1 chai masala, she got frustrated, used google translate to say she doesn’t know English and threw the phone on the counter and turned. It is sad for such a place to lose customers over such employee behavior.
