Staff is very responsive ( fixed issue in the piping very fast). The breakfast is very fine , one good advantage is the 24/7 fitness center (you should repair the treadmills, otherwise everything else is fine ) . Location is great, next to the subway. I have to say the staff really impressed me : kind, helpful, responsive. I used to go to another hotel downtown ( ex radisson ) now I will change for this one .

Very good staff, breakfast was more than enough and different sets, wifi is fine . Rooms should be renovated to upgrade the quality of the place.

Very good service , the food is fresh, home made, The wine could be improved ( I am very difficult) . The staff even offered me a dessert . Very impressed by the courtesy of this place . Thanks very much
