I am a foreigner who lived in Saint Petersburg for a couple of years. I have to apply for a personal certificate of no criminal record and for my wife. I got my certificate (справка) using the gososlugi portal as I had SNILS but for my wife I have to apply through this centre. Overall, service is nice even for foreigners who don't speak Russian. For sparavka, it is mandatory to have Notrized translation of Passport if it is not in Russian, residence notice and its copy. Don't forget to take Token from the helping desk and wait for your turn.

Being a foreigner I visited several restaurants in Saint Petersburg but Tokyo city particularly this branch is the best one. Food quality is always good and the ambience is excellent. The staff was professional and polite. The waiter's (Semen) behaviour was especially nice and decent. Highly recommended for those who are visitors of Saint Petersburg. 💯💯 😊
