The service was very poor and completely unacceptable. On Thursday, January 15 at 10:00 PM, at the Stars branch, we were given the wrong order. When we pointed out the mistake to the employee, she refused to admit it and started shouting in a racist and rude manner. This employee and the other staff members engaged in the same unprofessional behavior. What happened shows a lack of respect and a complete absence of professionalism. I hope the management takes this matter seriously, as continuing such behavior will lead to the loss of many customers. Honestly, it is clear that these employees are not suitable for a job that requires interacting with people, and they may be better suited to a workplace that matches their poor attitude. I advise Arabs not to visit this branch, as there are racist individuals working there, which is evident in the Google reviews.
