When the ticket screen doesn't update for half an hour and shows 5 tickets in a single booth at once, it's perfectly fine. God forbid you take a picture of that though, suddenly there ARE bank workers available, in spite of you wasting 40 minutes on an EMPTY QUEUE. So if you are having issues because of their laziness and overall incompetence, it's just fine, no problem at all. But if you try to document their ineptitude, suddenly YOU are the problem. No wonder you pricks do not allow your clients to take pictures inside your bank, it would ruin your optics even more if anyone saw that mess! Never, EVER work with this "bank". Avoid them like the plague. I would add a photo, but I was forced to delete it. Only good optics allowed for credo "bank", nothing bad happens ever and if it did, then YOU are at fault for noticing. If you tell them about any problems with their app and/or card, the teller gets mad and screams it never happened, couldn't happen, nobody else has that problem 100%(except literally everyone does), and they can't help you cause suddenly there is nothing to help with. Funny how that works. Also, apparently if their system blocks a transaction, then until it gets its shit together again(which they won't help you with) you cannot close your account or update your card. But please, do keep checking their FUBAR app so that you may(someday) see the "blocked" transaction status disappear. Then you can waste another 2 hours in one of their locations, enjoying the giggles from the definitely not working staff as they do anything but their actual job. I don't need to tell you all how this is bloody ridiculous, now do I?
