Crystal Spa was an okay experience overall. The place didn’t feel very fresh, and there were black mould stains on the ceiling — though at least it seems they do clean regularly. The jacuzzi was cold, and the sauna wasn’t very hot either, which might actually be a plus for those who prefer it milder. On the bright side, the 25-meter pool was great, and the views around are really beautiful. For 60 GEL, it’s a decent deal, especially if you're going for a swim more than the full spa experience.

He really listened to what I wanted, gave great suggestions, and the final look turned out even better than I imagined. Super professional, easy to talk to, and the whole experience was a pleasure. Девочки-консультанты невероятно приятные, провели со мной 15 минут, собирая подарок подружке. Слушали все мои «фи, это невкусно пахнет, давайте другое» и терпеливо предлагали другие варианты. Счастлива, что в Тбилиси стало на одно место с чудесным сервисом больше.

Ходила туда сама. Тонула в бассейне, но маме рассказали об этом только через неделю. Теперь трачу огромные деньги на психолога. 2 звезды за то, что бассейн и правда есть.

Отлично позавтракали тут. Большие порции, много сыра, овощей, все блюда насыщенные вкусом. Бармен-официант очень вовлечен, несмотря на то, что обслуживает зал один.
