Overall, been a loyal client since many years. Customer Service workers are excellent, very helpful. Call center employees have the worst training, because I was sent with an emergency to the Hanrapetutyan branch on a Saturday, which was closed as I noticed upon arrival. Extremely disappointed and mad.
