Spirit Krylatskoe. Absolute trash. Personal trainers do whatever they want. Sometime they open the gym at 6.30, sometimes at 6.40 other days at 7 am while it’s clearly said they gym opens at 7 am. Next when it’s black on white said that every single person must have a towel with them while training only 10 percent of people actually do carry towels with them When the gym’s policy says no video recording more than half of the gym carries their stupid poles and record videos, conduct personal training sessions and not a single personal trainer reprimands people for that let alone a gym manager who is never there Personal trainers are rude, uncommunicative, brazen and arrogant. If they have a personal training session it means that they can encroach on other people’s personal space completely disregarding others When you say to them that they are in your face and interfere your own training they just brush you off like you don’t exist and then they go ahead and grouse about you not being ethical Zero understanding from personal trainers gyms ethics and respect for clients Some personal trainer have enough audacity to come to the gym and conduct their personal training sessions even before the gym opens. Just endless disgrace no wonder why anybody who is acquainted with their head well enough leaves the gym shortly after signing. I wish I could talk to the owner of the gym and ask them what are they doing with this joint…just utter gross garbage
