This the worst customer care I have every experienced in my whole life. I went through road by tashkent to Samarkand, Reached there almost 11: 00 PM, The receptionist guy was welcomed me with a rude behavior, I booked single room and he said we have twin beds at the moment and even nobody is there to joint them together and he cannot say anything from next day as well. He also mentioned words for their own women like pros........ Whors......are not allowed... So they are passing information in this particular way to solo travelers.....Avoid to stay away on the bull shit name of 5 star hotel and try to find some humble and professional people, It's complete waste of time and money as well... I guess they have the best service in town, Staff is humble and respectful, Swimming pool area is very nice, Place gives classic vibes....Prices are very affordable
