ذهبت إلى هذا المطعم لأجرب حلى معين، لكن النادل أخبرني أنه غير متوفر. المزعج في الأمر أن النادل نفسه قام بأخذ طلب الطاولة المجاورة لي، وقدم لهم نفس الكيكة التي أردتها. لم أفهم لماذا تصرف بهذه الطريقة. وعندما سألته قال إنه لم يكن يعلم أنها متوفرة اليوم. للأسف، كانت تجربة غير مرضية بالنسبة لي. Я пришёл(а) в этот ресторан, чтобы попробовать определённый десерт, но официант сказал, что его нет в наличии. Самое неприятное, что этот же официант принял заказ у соседнего столика и с большой лёгкостью подал им тот самый торт, который я хотел(а). Я так и не понял(а), почему он так поступил. Когда я спросил(а) его, он ответил, что не знал, что сегодня торт есть в меню. К сожалению, этот случай оставил неприятное впечатление. went to this restaurant to try a specific dessert, but the waiter told me it wasn’t available. What bothered me the most was that the same waiter took the order from the table next to me and, quite casually, served them the exact cake I wanted. I really don’t understand why he acted this way. When I asked him about it, he said he didn’t know it was available that day. Unfortunately, this left me with a disappointing impression.

I recently stayed at the Waelberg Hotel and I must say it was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. Their hospitality was truly exceptional — it was honestly the best service I have ever received in my life.The hotel itself is very modern, beautifully designed, and perfectly located next to some of the most important landmarks in Saint Petersburg.I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city. They even offered me complimentary access to the minibar, which was such a kind gesture.A big thank you to the entire Waelberg team for their outstanding hospitality and warm welcome — I really appreciate it!
