The worst customer experience in recent times. I wanted to buy an aerogrill, which cost 169 GEL on the website. They couldn't find it in stock in the store, so they were forced to order online via phone. The site gave out the 500th error, the consultant just spread his hands and said "wait", refusing to help in any way or sell at the price of the site. As a result, in order not to leave empty-handed, I had to buy for GEL 199. Absolutely useless staff, a broken website and overpayment out of the blue. Never set foot in here again.
