Мне нравится здесь жить. Дом тёплый, все службы обеспечения работают по звонку, вокруг много магазинов, аптек и поликлиника. Три парка в 15 -20 минут ходьбы: яблоневый сад, купчинский сквер, парк победы. А ещё трк "Радуга"

Напротив 10 и 11 парадной устроили помойку, переставили урну в зеленую зону, теперь проходить мимо неприятно, т. к. вокруг - табачный дым, грязь.

Этот первый тысячеквартирный дом в Ленинграде. Построен ~ 50 лет тому назад . По городской программе заменены лифты 2 года т. н. Первый этаж занимают аптека , магазин "Бриз", Почтовое отделение , библиотека , клиника натуротерапии и др.
