The organization is so-so. They can't put things in order in the entrances, they're either on sick leave or there's no employee. However, we are regularly charged for cleaning. Calling an electrician or plumber is also a problem. They can't deal with the animal owners either. Not a single request has been completed yet. Until you knock higher....

They never do what they're supposed to, they called and asked to get the trash out of the way, which they filled up the pits with and make a playground zero emotions at all just sitting there

Awful. I called this organization and asked them to mow the grass near the house, which is already waist-high. To which they replied that the braid was broken and they did not know when they would do it. It was only on the 4th of my call and the warning that I would complain to the city executive committee that they heard me. It's a pity that they do this.
