In July 2024, we agreed on one cost of windows with payment terms of 50% advance payment + installment in dollars for 3 months upon installation. In the future, I spent 1.5 months collecting information about windows and making a choice. The price of the issue is 5,500 dollars. When at the end of August they came to the office for the calculation and finally decided on the choice, the price was already 20% higher (well, plastic has risen in price). Okay, it happens. A weekend to realize the new price, call a technologist, and after a couple of days already in the office with money. As a result, it turned out that all agreements are not valid from Monday. Purely on principle, I got up and left the office. The only thanks to their intelligent technologist. He showed me and chewed up all the questions. He gets a separate asterisk for this. The man is in his place.
