The best fitness in the city. Excellent professional staff. The coach is a pro , the group training complex is always thought out to the smallest detail, the pool is clean, there are always free paths. A gym with excellent professional equipment. The cafe always prepares a very tasty balanced meal.

My impressions are based on the results of 2 months of visiting "World Class Karaganda".
Of the advantages:
- competent and friendly coaching staff. Well done guys.
- a really big and good cardio zone.
- a lot of interesting simulators.
That's where the advantages end.
The very sad technical condition of everything outside the gym.
- the showers stink of excrement, the water is drained without a water gate, directly into the sewer.
- The shower racks are rusty, they leak from all the cracks.
- it is very difficult to adjust the water - both temperature and pressure jump.
- the humidity in the locker room is very high, ventilation is very weak.
- there is dirt on the floor, forget about standing with bare feet.
- the ceiling in the hall is leaking, the sanitizers are dripping, puddles on the floor.
- towels are old, washed, yellow.
- there are a lot of extremely ill-mannered visitors with grubs, snot and lack of basic standards of decency.
- the management does not react at all to written comments
The subscription may be worth your money, but I will not renew it 100%.

The best pool in the city! The team of coaches is a Pro! A strong gym. Water coolers are everywhere. Group classes are for every taste. There are five saunas available, it's a pity, the hammam is not working, hopefully temporarily.

At the end of three months of subscription, I understand that I am ready to go to another gym without regret.
Among the advantages are water in the cooler, ventilation in the gym and a normal cardio training area.
Of the minuses - the stench in the shower; the hammams and saunas by the pool and in the locker room that do not work adequately; the inability to find a corner and work out in your own mode with your program - in fact, if not with a trainer, then only the simulator area is available, there is nowhere to stretch, you will definitely interfere with someone or they will step on you; strange admins - no one can clearly resolve any issue; the wardrobe is a mess; the pool leaves much to be desired in terms of cleanliness. In general, I was very sorry that I came. I will not renew the subscription 100%. Personally, greetings to the inarticulate "manager" Alexander, who, it seems, does not manage anything at all.

Nice gym. I was looking for it in Karaganda, I liked this one compared to others. Unfortunately, there is not such a large selection of places in the city! The water in the pool is normal, I won't say that it's great, but you can swim. The gym is also normally equipped with exercise equipment. I don't know which coaches, but they work with people))) True, there are sooooo many people, like at the bazaar))) with steam rooms, the situation is so-so. One in the pool has a sauna more or less, the second is barely warm, the hammam sometimes works, but weak. There is another one, but they say it has not been working for a long time ( probably the owner has no money to repair it), but in the men's department the sauna is more or less normal, although it is also not a fountain! In general, you can walk!!!
