A small and quite cozy hotel. There is a clean, comfortable swimming pool, 5-7 minutes walk to the sea, there are many cafes, massage parlors, bars and a huge shopping center "Terminal 21" nearby. There are 3 large shows within walking distance, designed for mass events, visitors are mainly Chinese, Vietnamese, and Malaysians.

Among the advantages is a very convenient location (near the best beach in Pattaya, Vongamat, fish market, Terminal 21 shopping center, tuk tuks in any direction right at the porch), pleasant and friendly staff, absence of Chinese and Indians, good breakfasts, good room cleaning. Cons - the hotel is a little "tired". The furniture is old, the plumbing is too. But for us, the pros outweighed such minor cons.

Nice hotel, calm. It's like a boarding house. It's a little boring. The pool is open until 19:00, after which there is no longer a swim. The breakfasts are good. The staff is friendly. I took 2 stars for the pool and the water was poorly adjusted to the average temperature, the area is a little far from the center. It's a long way to get to walking Street and Russian street and to the pier. And so, in general, it's not bad.
