I am very pleased with the experience of visiting the Wildberries pick-up point. The service was fast and efficient, the staff were friendly and willing to help. In response to comments from adults, he insisted that the girl buy back the product, which did not fit her and was stained due to poor-quality packaging with a marker. At the request of the people around him, he refused to call the management to resolve the conflict situation. The girl had no money on her card, and the WB employee insisted that she call adults to transfer money to her to redeem the goods, refusing to issue a refund. There is a way out in any situation, and no one has canceled consumer protection!!!
