I drove in, because the tire was flat. They took a tourniquet for 2000 rubles, it seems to hold. I saw in the chats that they make a tourniquet for 1000, so I'm not sure about the fairness of the price.
There were 3 cars and it was already difficult to leave, because it was a small street and there was simply nowhere to poke.
