In general, VTB vanc (I hope only in Armenia) is a sore subject for me and a lot of my friends. Such disregard, arrogance, and negligent attitude towards visitors, well, maybe one more bank can have. There are constant kilometer-long queues, you can wait for hours... I try to avoid this bank and this particular branch.

Good bank, fast and professional service. But on days when people pay for communal services, it's better not to enter there, there are frantic queues
