To say that I'm in shock is to say nothing. I do not even know how this place can be called a hostel, it's just a horror, there is dirt everywhere, unsanitary conditions and a terrible problem with bedbugs. When I first came here, they put me on the ground floor. The first week went fine, but then I was terribly bitten by bedbugs on the body there were about 30-40 bites and I say this without exaggeration there were bedbugs everywhere on the walls in the cracks. I turned to the administrator, he just sprayed the bedbugs with some kind of incomprehensible solution and changed my mattress to another one that just stood in the sun for a couple of days, but it didn't help. After that, I was moved to the second floor, the same situation turned out to be there, the first week passed normally, after which the bedbugs began to bite me again and after a while there was no living place left on my body again. I asked for a refund for the remaining paid days, which was refused. Upon arrival at the hostel, there was no hot water and the shower on the second floor did not work. A week ago, the sewer broke on the ground floor and now the shower does not work either on the first or on the second floor and this problem has not been solved in a week. There are terrible-smelling rags in the corridor that absorb water and there is a terrible smell of sewage. All they do is just bail out the water from the shower and drain it into the toilet so that it does not spread over the floor. The kitchen is also in terrible condition, all the tables are barely holding up, everything is wobbly, the stove is terribly dirty. In general, it's just terrible.... The mattresses are all in terrible condition, all dirty in incomprehensible spots and all depressed when you lie down, the springs dig into the body. The only treatment that mattresses undergo is just taking them outside in the sun and nothing more. Toilets are not monitored from the word absolutely constantly dirty, the floor is wet, it's just terrible. The doors in the shower on the ground floor are almost all broken and do not close normally. In the third shower stall, there are feces smeared on the wall and for a month it was not even eliminated. On the first and second floors there are sofas in which bedbugs also live. It is enough to sit on the couch for 15 minutes and at least a few bites will appear.
