I needed an adapter for a Chinese plug, we went to find out if there is a European analog wire / adapter here-it turned out that they do not sell such a thing But a kind sales consultant, hearing our problem, went and brought us such an adapter from somewhere) It was very pleasant. They asked how much we were charged, he said that they didn't owe us anything and wished us a good day.

TV bought for a lot of money in 1.5 years, the matrix was covered, and the warranty is given for only a year, the Samsung Qled 2020 model! Their equipment is not of high quality! I do not recommend buying it!
