We stayed at this hotel in August 2025, and the impressions are twofold. Let's start with the check-in: we arrived at about 11 p.m., the reception did not give out bracelets, we were checked into a room without a balcony. The room was objectively dirty: sticky countertops, mirrors were all streaked, there was some dust or debris on the bathroom floor. The room is generally battered by life: tiles are broken in places, rusty faucets, the toilet is stained with building materials in places (but that's okay, 4ka in Egypt, you can close your eyes for this money). They killed Tarkan once))))The mattresses, pillows and blankets are in good condition, the air conditioner is working properly, and so is the refrigerator. There is a kettle and sugar in the room. They did not relocate, even with the condition to pay extra. The territory is well maintained, green, the small pool is good. The food is delicious, they even gave me squid twice. There is absolutely no animation The attitude towards Russian-speaking tourists leaves much to be desired, they are often ignored at the bar, they often clung to why there were no bracelets, although they did not give them out themselves (as we understood, they are given only to educated people). They work better for tips, without them they look like... In general, leave this hotel to the Spaniards and Italians))))) I do not recommend visiting

8 days have passed like an instant, Everything is cool! There's not even anything to get to! Based on the price/quality ratio, this is probably the best hotel in Charm! 1. The rooms are excellent. Yes, the furniture is a little tired, but the mattresses and pillows are new. 2. The staff is smiling and friendly. We extended the room until 6 p.m. for $40. There were 4 of us. We had lunch and lay down on the pool. 3. Buffet- you will definitely not be hungry! Provided that on the third day it is no longer possible to eat so much, there is enough food for everyone))) 4. There are a lot of animators. They entertain everyone! In the morning, exercise, aqua aerobics, and darts ... for every taste! The area is very clean. The rooms are cleaned every day! I even left jewelry on the dresser several times- no one took it! After the ATV tour, the clothes were put in the laundry! They brought it clean and ironed the next day! And it cost a lot on a budget!!! They gave 300 rubles for 4 pairs of sweatpants and sweatshirts 😅 Special thanks to Tamer at the restaurant! He's just the king and God of the restaurant!
