The hotel is great, the food is delicious and the service is good. The view from the room is amazing - all rooms overlook the ocean. The location is great, near the shopping center

We quickly checked into a room with a terrace. The first 2 days were terrible, because everything was wet (water was dripping from the ceiling in the bathroom), the linen was wet. We learned how to use an air conditioner at +30😂, the humidity in the bathroom was gone, but the bed and all the things were still wet. Dried on the street The bedclothes were changed on day 2, because it was all stained with ink from our bracelets We were fed normally, fruits in the morning, lunch and evening. Oatmeal and scrambled eggs are always served in the morning. There's always soup at lunch. I really liked the fresh juices. There is a gym, but for some reason, it was used by a bunch of locals who did not live in the hotel. Plus a trainer with individual training sessions, which made it difficult to train at all. He obviously didn't want us there. It was the height of arrogance to say that the cube would be occupied for another 30 minutes (just to keep me from exercising) and telling me that I should practice on the carpet where the simulators are, so as not to interfere with their training... Kick-ass is simple. The strange schedule is from 9 to 15, although the gym is open until 20 and the locals were busy there, but for some reason I couldn't I also really didn't like the fact that they ask for tips everywhere, even though everything is included and we already paid for everything. There are a lot of mosquitoes. They and my fumigator worked, and at night I sprayed the raid from everyone, otherwise it is impossible There were vendors on the beach, walking one by one, we didn't buy anything from them. It can be very cold in the hallway and in the dining room, I wore a sweatshirt at +30 There is no animation at all They play music in the bar Locals also come to play beach volleyball on the beach, and it's all on our beach right in front of the sun beds, which is annoying! The dirt and bottles move away a little bit to the pier, but no one cleans there, which is very sad. Actually, it seemed to me that this is a social hotel. People with disabilities come, apparently they are given vouchers to this hotel The bar near the beach is open through the stump deck. Once they came up for a cocktail, they said wait 5 minutes, they stood there, but the bartender did not appear and we left The hotel is in some kind of desolation, our people are brought there, but not enough. The hotel has a good location near a shopping center and 20min 2 supermarkets with food and alcohol. There is a 5-star building, someone is also settling there, but we did not ask about the additional payment to move there

The Venetur Hotel is a disaster. On the very first day of our stay, there were problems with the water. We had two double delux rooms for our company (15th floor). We couldn't turn on the hot water in one of the rooms, so we turned on the heater under the sink ourselves, but there was no result, after a while the pipes started leaking water, and the entire bathroom flooded. The receptionist said that you can't turn on the heater yourself and that the plumber will come to fix it soon. The plumber didn't come, they fixed it themselves. We got stuck in an elevator on the same day. We experienced a lot of stress from the constant movement of the elevator in the shaft, it traveled between floors and did not open. They pulled out about 10 minutes later. Of the three elevators, a maximum of 2 worked, then 1, then we rode on official business, and we had to walk up to the 15th floor. There was a situation when the electricity was turned off, but at lunchtime and for a short time. The hotel has an all inclusive concept, and that's exactly what we used for our vacation. There is breakfast, lunch and dinner, and at 4 they give you something floury, either a bun with cheese, or pizza, etc. You should always arrive at the beginning of the stated time, because if you arrive an hour before the restaurant closes, there simply won't be any food, they stop putting it on. The choice is small, but we always found something to eat, and we did not leave the restaurant hungry, they cook delicious and familiar food for a Russian person. Lunch and dinner there are always two or three types of side dishes to choose from, chicken/meat or chicken/fish, some simple salads, one type of soup, and tasteless desserts. Fruits are for breakfast only. Bars are open from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. But for some reason, the hotel staff really like to close everything before the designated time. It used to happen that the time was half 11, and they already refused to prepare cocktails at the bar, and they wouldn't even give beer without 15 minutes. Beach. We always went swimming, but sometimes there were a few algae when entering the water. The entrance is sandy, sloping, cool, but not always clean. I was very surprised that you can't swim between the buoys, that is, from one buoy to another without swimming behind them. If you suddenly swim like that, the guards will immediately come running, start yelling at you, swinging, taking pictures to show the administration later. Sometimes there are no clean towels. You can swim in the pool only until 5 pm. And at sea until 6. The big problem is with employees who don't speak English (of course, I don't know Russian either). It was very difficult to establish communication on even important issues. When they were shown the text translated from Russian into Spanish, they also very often did not understand. Responding to problems. There was a situation at night when they closed the room leaving the key inside, and at the same time there was a problem of repeated water leakage, they asked to solve both problems, the plumber came about an hour later, no one came about the key. We climbed over the balcony into the next room, 15th floor. Then we found out that the keys are universal, and in theory they fit all rooms. There was also a cockroach in one room. On the last day, we couldn't open the safe, we didn't remember the password ourselves, the security officer quickly came and promptly opened the safe, thank you very much. The animation in the hotel is very weak. There is absolutely no daytime animation, there are a lot of animators, but they only turn on the music. In the evening, they arrange karaoke from the TV, and sometimes they dance, and once they organized a Miss venetour contest, where they presented a bouquet of flowers from a wedding held at the hotel, a ribbon where Miss Venetour was hand-painted and a crown. After the contest, the animator came up and asked me to return the crown, which I was completely shocked by. Russian Russian tourists are not ready for this hotel, and maybe Venezuela as a whole, because it was wild for them to watch Russians relax, dance, sing, drink, sit in debt and chat. One Russian tourist went for a ride and broke the swing, which was standing on the territory of the hotel without any restrictions. Tourists from Pegasus gave a deposit of $ 100 upon check-in. They deducted $70 from the deposit of such a tourist for a broken wooden withered swing, and they also cut off the bracelet on which alcohol was poured (the person paid for everything inclusive, as a result, he was left with only food and soft drinks for the entire vacation). By the way, the remaining $ 30 on deposit at the time of eviction was not returned without explanation. This is a complete injustice. Russian tourists were forbidden to appear in public places in the evening without a T-shirt, but local vacationers could do it. When this man had a birthday, they didn't even give him a cake with candles - they said there was no cake (although they approached him the day before and reminded him of congratulations). Nevertheless, on other days and on the same day, other vacationers of this hotel received a cake as a greeting to the song. There were moments when the staff said something in Spanish in front of the guests, laughing loudly and at the same time looking at the Russian tourists and exchanging glances with each other. I can't say for sure that they were making fun of the guests, but it felt that way. Another problem for someone may be a stray dog on the territory of the hotel, which the staff does not chase away, even at the numerous requests of the guests. We saw a case when a dog jumped on a table with food during dinner by the pool. It also happened that the dog barked aggressively at the guests. There are no suitcase scales in the hotel, it was very important for us to weigh the luggage before departure. Our guide Joelle, who is from Venezuela but speaks Russian well, was the salvation. She helped us solve many issues, always with a smile. In general, we had good impressions from our stay on Margarita, thanks to the beaches, the weather and the company, but we would not choose this hotel anymore, and of course this hotel does not fit the 5-star category. A maximum of 3 stars.
