A must-visit!!! Perhaps the best institution of national cuisine in terms of price-quality-assortment ratio! And the tinctures here seemed to us the most delicious - there is only a choice of 6 names, but it's worth trying each one, and everyone will find "their own"!
We have been to this particular cafe twice (8-10 times online in different cities) - everything is very tasty everywhere (plus or minus), it is better to book a table in advance (especially for the evening), but no later than a day before the visit. In this institution, the service is at a very high level (unlike Grodno, where dirty dishes were not removed from the tables for hours - apparently there is not enough staff). The interior is different - in some establishments it is modern, in some it has a national flavor. Both are here (on different floors). We really liked the assorted dumplings, potato grandmother, ribs (the knuckle was a little greasy, and the ribs were super!), from desserts, the leaves are good (apple filling without a single "membrane-bone)!!!

Excellent location in the very center. We rented an apartment nearby, it was very convenient.
The dishes on the menu are all hearty, there are many national dishes. Salads, snacks, local beer, cocktails. But keep in mind that a variety of pancakes, dumplings in hot pans are quite fatty. The restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere, and a summer terrace is open in the warmer months.
On the downside, there were long queues in the summer to wait for free tables, the place is very popular with tourists. At the same time, the service itself is quite fast.

I really liked the cafe! Cozy, delicious, a large selection of local dishes. We tried a lot: pancakes, baked dumplings, meat, zeppelins, cottage cheese dessert (well, very tasty!), cabbage soup. There is a queue, especially in the evening, but not long to wait, we were quickly seated at the table both times.
I highly recommend it! Although later the locals told us that the Cornflowers contain pancakes in frozen billets that are brought from somewhere. Maybe the restaurant itself will explain whether this is true or not?

They suggested adding lemon to the beer, which surprised me a little. This is very unusual!!! It's delicious in itself, and I'm not a beer lover, but lemon has added pleasant refreshing notes. The main dishes were served in 30-40 minutes. We took traditional pancakes in various versions, salads, soup and assorted dumplings baked in a creamy sauce-it's just a bomb. Be sure to try it. Everything is very, very tasty. The portions are large, the price is affordable (six dishes with drinks cost 3 t.r. in terms of Russian). The service is high-quality. The staff is polite and friendly. Tips can be left in Belarusian or Russian rubles, as well as deducted from the card.
I would like to note that during our trip to Belarus, we tried draniki in various versions and in different establishments, including pretentious ones (I will write in another comment necessarily)- everywhere they cook in different ways and sometimes at an exorbitant price. There are no complaints. To be honest, I didn't really like the pancakes. In my understanding, draniki are potatoes, salt and pepper. Here they look more like potato pancakes.
