On the plus side: the bank's staff is friendly enough.
Of the cons:
1. Windows work very slowly. About an hour and a half per client, and it doesn't matter if you are a resident or not.
2. Young employees of the bank are extremely poorly oriented in their work. They do not understand the basic principles, such as "account details" and so on.
3. Specifically, this branch is more like a bazaar, not a branch of a bank. The electronic scoreboard with the numbers periodically gets lost. The numbers are not in order, but in dissimilarity. Employees of the bank turn to the local security guard for help, who for some reason also organizes queues in the absence of coupons.
As a result: if you decide to open an account here, you should come in the morning, otherwise you risk sitting in line for at least 4 hours and not having time to do anything, since the bank is shutting down its work by exactly 16:30.
