The attitude towards this particular store and the chain as a whole is flawed. I think I'll go to the store, try it on if there is, if not, I'll make an order. There was no availability, and there was no desire to buy the proposed 2.5 times more expensive and so not cheap helmet. I asked them to order, and it's not enough for the consultants in the store that I spent my time at all and came to their store, rather than ordering from some marketplace with locations in every courtyard. They demanded to leave them money as a sign that I would return, but according to them, this did not oblige me to anything. Of course, I refused, I think I'll order it myself from the site. But it's also not that simple, they called back, it doesn't matter to them that there are 2 of their stores in the city, they can't send to the store, only to the mail with cash on delivery. Naturally, I was not satisfied with this development either. I decided to give up buying from them altogether. After Googling, I saw that there is another store in Mogilev, Your bike, I decided to call to ask for availability, they didn't have it, but they offered to make an order on the phone without any prepayment, I was very surprised. I said that I would return to Pushkin first, talk again, still closer, if not, then I will call you back. So, both consultants at Pushkin, when they visited the store again in person, stood their ground and did not want to place an order without a deposit. Only when I turned around to leave and said I would order from others, they agreed to order. I think it's not normal. I chose you, I wanted to buy the product, I was ready to wait, I came for it and took it away!!! While the helmet was on, I asked on Instagram "Your Bike" to add specialized gloves to the order, they added them without any problems, but I don't know how they would have behaved if there had been a single order, so I won't say anything bad. Claims specifically against the Pushkin store and the manager of the online store. They ruined the attitude to the network.
