Of course, I would like to start with the advantages of the hotel: it's animation, the animators are entertaining guests with volleyball, bocce, pool games, evening shows, the children were delighted. I also liked the room and the cleaning in it-for a family of 5 people, the room consisted of two rooms with two bathrooms. The food at the hotel was also not annoying, but there is absolutely nothing for small children to eat here. There are a lot of sweets, but the main dishes are peppery. And now the cons: if you hope to swim in the sea, then this will not work on the pier there are no sunbeds, a bunch of Arabs at the entrance to the sea and everyone bumps into each other, I understand there are no shark nets, they are not allowed to swim to depth. There are also a lot of Arabs in the pool, of course they are friendly people, but they are very noisy and sit in the water all day, they don't even go to the toilet. The second disadvantage is the sellers and photographers who move freely around the hotel. The photographers here are disgusting, no photo processing, no normal camera angles, in short, money is wasted. They lure you that your pictures are + 5 for free, as a resident of the hotel, but in fact you need to buy 35 from him first, and they do not give it away electronically, it is necessary to print out and offer some albums. In general, if you want good pictures on your phone, it will work better. And the third disadvantage is the reception staff. It so happened that on the day of departure our flight was delayed by as much as 7 hours, we were understandably evicted from the room at 12, and our family had already taken off our bracelets, the staff did not put bracelets on us so that we could at least eat, or take water and tea at the bar and even move freely around the territory. We couldn't even take food to a small child. Even at the end of the vacation, cases of power outages became more frequent, it was very scary to be in the elevator at that moment. The conclusion is this: I do not want to go back to this hotel and I do not advise you

Good day to all! We are staying with our family in this hotel for 3 days!!!! Check-in was at 23.00 , we were pleasantly pleased with a late dinner...everything is very tasty, the choice is unexpected and this is a big plus, after a long flight....We checked in quickly, the room is super👍 The food is sooo delicious and varied, the staff is friendly...All well done! There are still 7 days of rest ahead....We didn't regret coming here at all! This is not the first time in Egypt and this Hotel is at the highest level!!! We were at this hotel for the second time. This September and in September 2021. According to our feelings, the kitchen has become much worse. No variety in 11 days. The same dishes for 11 days, the choice is meager. There are several types of potatoes, but they are always raw. The waiters in the lobby bar do not work at all, you can sit at a table for an hour and a half and no one will come up. The animation program is weak and often repetitive. There are no contests. The hotel is good, the food in the main restaurant is super!!! I do not recommend an a la carte Italian restaurant , the name is only from the Italian . The territory is well maintained. A gorgeous promenade where you can walk, a small water park. Spa services are not cheap, but disgusting (the only thing I regretted the money for), everything is weak!!! I advise you to go to Luxor, but not as a group, but individually, more comfortable and interesting (everything is for you, and it's nice) . I wish everyone a good rest, and most importantly, positive emotions!!

The second time we decided to relax in this hotel (the first time was in 2012) and did not regret their choice.A wonderful hotel! Beautiful territory , cleanliness , good rooms , courteous staff , a kitchen with a large selection of dishes, an excellent group of animators , live music , good baaseins , a children's water park , a pier for entering the sea , and the sea simply amazes with the beauty of corals and a variety of fish. There is a La Perla spa on site, we went for a massage, Gamal and Asmaa massage therapists who know their business well - we recommend it.

Great hotel. A great place to relax with your family. For 12 days, two Ragab and Saad waiters served us at the PalmRusTranT restaurant. We express special thanks to them for their service. The food in the restaurant is varied and very tasty. The rooms are excellent (clean), odorless. Live music accompanied us throughout the rest (thanks for that). Hello. We stayed at this hotel in mid-November 2021. The hotel is super! I liked absolutely everything! The staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean, the area is small but very cozy. The food is beyond praise . We haven 't even tried everything in 10 years . The territory is well-groomed , someone is working on every bush , these workers are always smiling , always greeting. There is live music in the restaurant and lobby bar. There were no problems with the sunbeds at all and with the wild boar too . The towels are of good quality. I recommend it to everyone. Just got back from vacation. We had a rest from September 20 to September 29 at this hotel. Everything is great. The rooms are large and clean. Everything is new. They cleaned it every day. The food is delicious and varied. One day there was even fried shrimp for dinner. The food is always fresh. Live music in the evenings. In addition, there were entertainments of animators until late in the evening on a separate stage. Coral reefs and fish are a separate topic. On the 1st floor there is a game room with pay machines, but billiards and tennis are free. A special thrill in the restaurant. This is not a canteen, as they used to do for all inclusive, but a restaurant. The dishes are very beautifully served, the waiters bring drinks, everything is very tasty. Everyone is very pleasant and kind to children, it is very pleasant. The staff of the entire hotel was friendly and smiling. Unfortunately, we ran into a problem. 3-4 days after checking in, we went to sign up at Ala-kart restaurants. We enrolled in Mexican and Italian without any problems. But the Indian restaurant was busy for the next few dates, there was a lot of demand) But we booked the rest for 14 days! They clarified if everything was really busy before our departure.… It turned out that our vacation supposedly lasts only 7 days in this hotel (it turns out that we have to leave in a few days) In general, this issue has been resolved, but so far our tour operator has not requested or sent the data to the hotel) again, several days have passed, so it was not possible to relax and not worry for the first week!Then, of course, we made up for everything!😎 And one more not very pleasant moment! We have never seen pools cleaned in the evening. There were a lot of people in them. Nevertheless, we hope to correct this situation. After all, not a few children swim and dive in pools. The sea, of course, is too shallow to enter from the shore. But this is not the only problem with this Hurghada hotel. But there is a pier where you can swim with a mask and fins, admiring the beautiful underwater world. In general, we had a lot of fun and interesting time! I don't think anything else will upset us, we will definitely come back to you!🤩
