We bought Bosch built-in household appliances (oven and microwave), as well as a dining table in this store. Unfortunately, the impression of the purchase remained extremely negative. First, we visited the head shop near the Shirin factory. We wanted to get advice on the choice of equipment, but the staff could not answer basic questions, explaining that it was a day off and the managers of the required department were absent. Only one employee, Igor, was able to professionally advise us, but as it turned out, he alone served several departments at once. After choosing a technique, it turned out that one of the microwave oven models had already been sold, although it had been offered for purchase before. A few days later, we went to a store near OVIR. The consultation here was really high-quality, after which we fully paid for the oven, microwave and dining table. When placing an order, they were asked to provide new, unpacked appliances and furniture separately. Then the constant problems began. The next day, only the oven and the table were brought. Regarding the microwave oven, at first they said that it was not listed in the system, then that the warehouse did not have time to prepare the goods. They promised to deliver it the next day. A day later, a microwave oven was brought, which turned out to be a showcase sample: without factory shipping protection, with obvious signs of use and contamination. We refused to accept it. On the fourth day, we were informed about the delivery again. However, the equipment was brought by an ordinary taxi driver, explaining that his task was only to deliver the goods to the entrance. There was no transfer of goods, verification of completeness or paperwork. Moreover, they brought the same microwave oven — they just wiped it and tried to pass it off as a new one. After contacting the call center, we were sent to deal with the store near OVIR, but it turned out to be impossible to get through there. It's especially disappointing that similar equipment is cheaper in other stores in the city. In such a situation, the store should win with the quality of service, service and respect for the customer. Unfortunately, we are faced with the opposite. We spent a considerable amount, but instead of positive emotions, we received four days of waiting, non-compliance with agreements and complete disappointment. My rating is 1 out of 5. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this store. I hope the store management will pay attention not only to this review, but also to the organization of the work of employees, warehouse and delivery service, so that such situations do not happen again.
