It's a disgusting hotel. If you want to spoil your vacation, you should go there. A very rude male receptionist, there is no hot water in the shower, cockroaches are running all over the hotel, bedbugs have been found on the bed. The food is all cold, although we sat down to eat on time. Wi-Fi is available only at the reception. They told me to take slippers with me to walk around the hotel, even though they had never washed the floors in the hotel for 4 days.

The hotel itself is not bad, I was there with my team and as for me it is no better hotel than the same Aktobe hotel To begin with, it is located very far from the city center and there are no normal shops and exchangers nearby.
