I came here with friends, and at first everything seemed fine — there was live music playing, and we sat for about half an hour. I politely asked if they could turn the music down a bit, even mentioned that it sounded great, just a little too loud near our table. What followed was unbelievable. The performer started swearing at me, and other staff members joined in with open rudeness. The atmosphere quickly turned extremely hostile. Even the owner was unfriendly and aggressive. If they treat guests this way over such a minor request, I can only imagine how they’d behave if a real problem occurred.
