Staff was welcoming and food was delicious. Prices were very moderate compared to quality of meat. We were seated were quickly with no prior reservation

The food was great, but the service was extremely bad and then they still force you to pay for the crappy service by including it in the bill. I'd like to think it was only at this venue, but I would not be taking my family to another one of these franchises soon.

Waited for 30 minutes, the doneness of the steak was not accurate. One plate of steak was cooked with three different degrees of doneness. Also when the steak was token to the table, it was almost cold. Can't believe how it happened.
