I brought the coffee machine to the official service. The car has been lying for 10 days. I called them periodically, they said that the master was watching and trying to fix the boiler. They sentenced a small cappuccino boiler that cannot be repaired. It takes 2 weeks to wait for a spare part and the amount is almost 200. I took it from them. I took it to another service, where it was fixed in 2 hours, the question was in the email, the boiler is alive and well. But the most interesting thing is that, according to the assurance of the master who fixed it in 2 hours, the coffee machine was not disassembled in the TV service. I wonder if there is any administrative responsibility for this kind of "fraud".

Incompetent "masters". I brought a Philips iron with a faulty thermostat (the iron was overheating badly), The "master", without opening the iron, simply filled in the water and summarized that overheating could be due to carbon deposits on the sole. As a result, the iron got so hot at home that it melted the case. I do not recommend these bottoms.
