Консультант попытался натурально обмануть, вещая мне, что к меня не будет гарантии, если я не куплю у них установку офиса, серьёзно?
А для чего по вашему нужен ноутбук? Если я скайп установлю тоже гарантия слетит? Если я браузер поставлю, тоже? Это всё ПО, оно никак не может влиять на гарантийное обслуживание ноутбука.
Обслужили быстро, за это плюс, в остальном сервис построенный на обмане клиента мною не приветствуется, отвратительное послевкусие после вашего магазина!
Хороший магазин, вежливые консультанты, закупали там бытовую технику для дома и кухни, очень нравятся всевозможные акции и каскадные скидки. Рекомендую 👌
В целом магазин неплохой. На равне с мечтой, сулпаком и эврикой. Цены везде одинаковые. Максимум разница между конкурентами 10-20 тенге. Вопрос выбора только в части у кого на складе больше товара, у того и покупаем, так как с «витрины» брать не хочется.

Консультанты не подошли. Продавцы-консультанты заняты просмотром телевизора в зале(группа). Пришлось пригласить, чтобы подсказали о характеристиках необходимого товара.
