They charged 15p for the inspection and "diagnosis" - but they did not give a document about the "diagnosis", all from the words of the "master". It is clear that the office is for its own. Tip: if you accidentally find yourself in this place, contact the administration immediately, not the craftsmen. *** Not about all the masters. The money was returned. Because I went along with the principle and came myself in my car from Minsk, having burned about the same amount of fuel) Nevertheless, we are all human beings. It happens to everyone. It is not necessary to draw global conclusions. After all, there is communication, a wide range of services. So I want to thank you) and I'm sure they will improve the work with clients. Therefore, 5* stars And also, quite by chance, on the day of the refund, there was no cash register, well, maybe magnetic storms) it was not important for me to pick up cash, but if anything, keep in mind)
