A wonderful family hotel, in a modern style with an excellent location. The rooms pleasantly surprise and amaze with their magnificent views of the city. The breakfast buffet includes a huge selection of dishes and drinks — and everything is very tasty, cooked with a soul, for which special thanks to the mega friendly and lovely woman Mara. The staff is incredibly polite and welcoming. Our impressions of staying at this hotel are the best! I will recommend this chic and cozy hotel to my friends and we will definitely come back. Thanks

A small, cozy hotel on a hill with beautiful, mesmerizing panoramic views of Tbilisi The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. I would especially like to mention the wonderful Mara, who prepares delicious breakfasts, and Niko, who met us at the reception, provided us with a great room and gave us a tour of the hotel. Among the disadvantages: the hotel requires renovation and the purchase of a new oven for Mary in the kitchen for cooking various delicacies. But these disadvantages were blocked for us by the views from the window and from the balcony!!!

We booked a room at the booking office - according to reviews, ratings and photos, the hotel is excellent! But in fact, the room itself needs to be repaired. The walls are dirty, the furniture is shabby, the air conditioner is broken, everything is kind of old, and this will lose the feeling of relaxation and comfort. Although everything in the photo is perfect and fresh. As a result, the number had to be abandoned. But I will note the convenient location and friendly staff.

Of the disadvantages by numbers, I can only mention: 1) a latticed fence dividing the balcony between the rooms. You're sitting shoulder to shoulder with your neighbors and there's no privacy, and given the night view from the balcony, we spent a lot of time there. 2) The rooms are opened with good old metal keys. It's not very convenient. 3) tired mattresses, very soft. But that's subjective. But all these are small things, because the staff here is incredibly open, responsive, sociable and ready to help. It gives the impression of comfort and a desire to return here. Aunt Mara's homemade breakfasts are delicious. Thank you very much. There is Wi-Fi, tea and coffee. There is an iron, there is a hairdryer. Sincere thanks and wishes for success.

The only negative is that the balconies in the rooms can be said to be shared , only a partition in the form of a fence and if you go out you can see the neighbors and even see the room through the window , it's a little uncomfortable , but not critical. The staff is friendly. The location of the hotel is excellent, close to the center. There is no parking of its own, but there are always places along the road near the hotel. We recommend this firmness 5*❤Tbilisi is in the very heart ! Forever!

We spent 4 days in this wonderful hotel. The location is excellent - near the metro, shopping malls, restaurants, etc. It is convenient to go down the stairs to the city, it is better to come from the city by taxi, which is inexpensive here. The view from the room is amazing both day and night. The rooms are comfortable, they are cleaned and towels are changed every day. In general, the hotel is very clean. The breakfasts are delicious and varied. The owner of the Giga hotel is a very friendly and friendly person, will help with any problems, answer all questions, give the necessary recommendations about the city and treat you to a great wine! Great hotel. Rested from October 28 to November 7, 2023. We stopped by for 1 night, and stayed for 10 nights. The view from our room was very beautiful on the city. The staff is friendly and courteous, they asked for additional pillows immediately brought. The breakfasts, in our opinion, were good and varied. Special thanks to the woman who cooked, unfortunately I don't know her name. The rooms were cleaned every day, towels were also changed every day. The hotel is located in the old town on the mountain, 5 minutes to the metro, but it's downhill. If we are in Tbilisi, we will stay there. For us, the only negative was, it was a little dark in the room, I wanted a lamp near the bed. And everything else is super.

It's a nice cozy place with good staff and they speak Russian.They respond quickly to booking requests.The inscriptions on Tbilisi with Russophobic themes are depressing and upsetting .Everything is outlined in Ukrainian flags around with obscene speech.I think that real Georgians are ashamed of this.

Nice hotel, with a wonderful view of the whole city! The staff is friendly and helpful, especially Giga, you can book a transfer from the airport, which is very convenient! Breakfast buffet: vegetables, milk, eggs, coffee, sandwiches, sweets. The rooms are clean, the bed linen is changed and cleaned every day. The room is very warm, we slept with the window ajar. The birds are singing in the morning. Convenient location in 10 minutes you can go down to the very center of the city, it is a little more difficult to climb, but not critical, you can always take a taxi, it is inexpensive here. We tried to climb on foot to burn the calories we ate :) I would especially like to mention the hospitality here, it is real Georgian! Thank you for your loyalty and good attitude towards Russians, unfortunately, this is not found everywhere in Tbilisi. I recommend the hotel!

All reviews of this hotel are clearly purchased — the most honest people will see my review with 1 point. My reservation was even cancelled with a reference to the fact that I allegedly did not check in, perhaps so that I could not leave an honest review on Booking. Moving on to the real experience: there was no drinking water in the room. We constantly went to the reception, but there was practically no one there, no one showed up. The TV was installed, but it wasn't working, and there was no one at the reception before it — no one came to help with the repairs. There was no air conditioning in the room either, although it was stated. We booked a room for 2 adults and a child, but we provided only one small blanket. There was no warm milk for the child, when we were asked to warm up the available milk, we were refused. Breakfast consisted only of croissants and espresso, a very meager set. But the worst part is the unprofessional and even abusive behavior of the owner. He turned small situations into huge problems, he couldn't control his emotions, he was constantly nervous and shaking. It seems that the man has serious health problems, judging by the fact that he even cursed me, saying that "God will punish me."
