There are enough staff at the front desk to avoid queuing. In general, there are no queues, the hall is empty, I saw only a couple of people. Very polite staff, Russian-speaking. But it is also available in English to sign up for procedures. We visited a wonderful relaxation room with a swimming pool and hot stones in the form of a sunbed. The water was a little cool, but the staff explains this by saying that the water is of natural origin and is not heated or diluted in any way.
The price included all necessary accessories.
Physiotherapy and massages are on the second floor. The doctor pre-tells you about the limitations and answers your questions. It is better to make an appointment in advance, but everything is very free and you can just come to visit.
Some procedures are not listed on the sanatorium's website, but there are, for example, a pressure chamber. I understand that they rent premises from them.
At prices, it is much cheaper than in advertised sulfur baths. There are many medical procedures at reasonable prices, for which there are no queues.

I would really like Russian-speaking clients not to be rejected!!!The guy and the girl (local) just brazenly refused in English, they say there is no time for us!!! If it weren't for a passing employee (Russian)She didn't help us sign up, working as a translator, and they would have left disappointed in Georgian hospitality!!!With grief, having signed up for the procedures (massages and a steam bath), we got there, but here we also found flaws, massages were taken for 45 minutes, in fact, the procedures were not received in full (30 minutes)

Современный спа-салон, в центре города с прекрасной архитектурой. Лечебные процедуры: ванны с минеральной, серной водой, лечебные грязевые аппликации вулканического происхождения, физиотерапия, лечебно-оздоровительные массажи.

Массаж бессмысленный - за 40 минут (вместо 45) просто поглаживания, руки не массировали вообще.
Я пришла на полный лечебный и объяснила про спазм по правой стороне тела - от икры до головы через руку. В итоге - я вся в масле, в комнате прохладно - замерзшая, с еще большим спазмом по икре и руке (она просто затекла за 40 минут бездвижности).
На мой вопрос администратор сказал - это наш лучший массажист, но вы можете записаться к кому то еще 😂. Л - логика.
