The manager was not able to give me the card because there was no passport scan uploaded to the system (sorry what???) and it needs 20.minutes to upload. I asked if I can receive my card tomorrow on Saturday and I specifically highlighted that tomorrow is Saturday. I asked him if the office works, he confirmed they work. Today on Saturday I came here at 14:15 and the office is closed. I wish this manager he receive the same level of service in his personal needs.
