We visited a beautiful place yesterday and were impressed by the hospitality! At Tsvizhba Street, 2 in the village of Kulanyrkhua (Gudauta district, Abkhazia) there is a winery and cheese factory "Acheijika Tasting Yard". At the tasting, we were told about Saperavi wines, a bouquet of Abkhazia, white Muscat and one of the dry wines. What is especially important is that all the wines are very soft and delicate, they do not have that intrusive acid or excessive sweetness that you often encounter in the markets. Very balanced taste. I have tried many things in Abkhazia, from the points on old Gagra to New Athos! There is a really decent product here! And the cognac is also very pleasant. We didn't try the chacha, although they offered it to us. I was particularly impressed with the responsible approach: when there were remnants of wine with sediment in the barrel, we were not just "poured what we had", but explained in detail that for natural wine, the presence of natural sediment and tartar is an absolutely normal process. This only confirms the quality and the absence of unnecessary chemicals. The halls are air-conditioned, and, as they explained to us, "This is not for us! It's for wine!" Natural wine in barrels after opening is stored for a short time (like live beer — literally 2-3 days), and it needs the right temperature. At temperatures above 20 ° C, the wine begins to deteriorate rapidly and "age", losing all its qualities. Therefore, everything that is sold in the heat under the open sun is most likely just a divorced surrogate ("yuppie"), since real wine cannot withstand such torture. A very honest and hospitable place! In addition to wine, there is an excellent selection of products from our own cheese factory and smokehouse. We tried cheeses: sheep's cheese (very tender and juicy), goat's cheese and rare cheese made from buffalo milk. There are also several types of sausages (pork-beef and pure beef), fragrant sujuk and homemade smoked meat. The word "Acheijika" (the original spelling is achei-џыка) is translated from the Abkhaz language as "bread and salt".

Friends, this is probably the best tasting room that we managed to visit in Abkhazia! The wines were one tastier than the other! Meat and cheese are smoking in front of your eyes! And the hosts are kind and hospitable! At the same time, the prices are absolutely not too high. As a result, instead of stopping for 15 minutes, we stayed for an hour and almost the whole group left with shopping!

I give 3 stars only for the entourage. Beautiful clay bottles, a smokehouse like a real one, were greeted by a boy in national clothes. I didn't like the wine, no matter how it was advertised, but it's not wine. The cheeses and sausages are delicious, especially after tasting the wine and chacha))) I bought two types of cheese, but it wasn't the same at home. They also gave me cheese chips to try. I found information about them on the Internet that they are corn chips. In principle, beer can go as an appetizer, but 500 rubles per package, I think, is expensive. And I would like to buy national natural products from agricultural producers in Abkhazia, and not something with flavor enhancers.
